Yoshitoku Special Miniature Helmet in Paulownia Box (2 models)
Yoshitoku (吉徳) is a well-known Japanese company that specializes in traditional crafts, especially hina dolls (for the Japanese Doll Festival) and kabuto (samurai helmets) for Tango no Sekku, or Boys' Day Festival. Founded in the 18th century, it is one of Japan's oldest doll-making companies. Yoshitoku is famous for its high-quality craftsmanship and for preserving traditional Japanese artistry in its miniature armor and dolls, which are often displayed as symbols of strength and protection.
The wooden stand is assembled, the fukusa is placed on top, and then the helmet body with the attached kawagata is displayed on top of it. This is a Size 8 miniature helmet (display width approximately 17 cm / 6.7 in). Despite its compact size, the intricate craftsmanship creates a high-quality finish. Since it comes in a paulownia box, you can display the helmet on top of the box. Its small size makes it easy to display and convenient to store in a small space.
